John E came today on 6-23 to service my irrigation system. He is very friendly and professional, and did a great job. My job was taking longer than expected and he had another job to go to, but then he came back and finished the job at my house so we did not have to schedule another day. That was most thoughtful of him. John got my system working perfectly again. Rain One and John are awesome.

The installation of our irrigation system was flawless! Friendly, efficient, professional crew, led by Bobby, completed the entire job in just one (long) day - with minimal lawn and landscape disruption. Very happy. Prior to sprinkler installation, Robert C. installed a Moen Flo shutoff and a backflow prevention system. He truly went over-and-above. Couldn’t be more pleased.

We had Rain One out to adjust sprinkler heads, move heads to account for new landscaping needs and propose a solution to a sun soaked area of our lawn. Matthew and Jorge were great. They proposed a reasonable solution to our needs, got a quote and made changes to our system all in the same visit. They helped me adjust our watering schedule too. They were professional and easy to work with. Will use Rain One again.

Nick F. helped us with starting our system for the first time (new homeowners), politely walked us through how it worked and identified a couple issues with the existing system. He promptly came out to do the repairs and got us working in no time. We look forward to using Nick and Rain One in the future!

John arrived on time and as promised. He took the time to evaluate our whole system and investigate the problems we are experiencing. In the end all we needed was to have three heads relocated. Josh came out today to complete a sprinkler season startup under my service contract. He was fantastic! He made sure all the heads had popped up, adjusted them as needed, made some minor repairs to get a bubble drip head working, and gave me some great suggestions on how to keep my system working at optimum.
