Easy peasy winterization!

Excellent company. They arrived on time. Approximately 8 workers. Impressive how they all got right to work and knew what to do without anyone having to give directions. The lead man, Bobby was very good to work with.
After a week of using I wanted some adjustments and they came within a few days and made the adjustments which included changing the order of the zones.
Highly recommend.

Excellent service and knowledgeable technicians

Rain One has maintained our HOA (43 homes) irrigation system (over 550 sprinkler heads) for a few years now. Their service people have always been very knowledgeable about irrigation systems and nice to work with. They arrive on time for scheduled work and also prioritize arriving for an emergency like a major water leak. I feel that their pricing has always been fair with good records of what they did and materials used. I have been involved with other companies maintaining our irrigation system and I recommend Rain One as the best company for us.

Rain One did a terrific job with our downspouts installing underground drainage so water would travel to curb and not overflow at back of our home. They have a lot of expertise with drainage solutions! I recommend them very highly!!!

We used Rain one for installing an irrigation system for our backyard. The process was absolutely seamless and the team was reachable at all times with ease. They are hardworking and treated our space with respect. They kept me in the loop and left with very clear instructions on the working of the system. I did a fair amount of research before hiring them and I must say, they are absolutely the best. Can’t recommend them enough!

Update: We had a broken drain line that needed repaired. David V actually identified 2 breaks with his camera & was able to repair them with a minimum of disturbance to our yard. We had our irrigation system brought online, which hasn’t been used in 4 years. Jaron S is extremely professional, courteous & knowledgeable. He walked us through our system, aimed the heads where we wanted & took the time to answer our questions. In the office, Lana is also extremely professional, courteous & helpful. She was very prompt in responding to my request for service, getting it scheduled, & then answering my questions about future service needs. A french drain which was a considerable investment in my home and property . Bobby and his crew were absolutely meticulous—protecting my yard, making sure trenches were properly covered, and even reseeding where needed. I’ve been with Rain One for many years because their customer service is truly impeccable, and they treat irrigation not just as a system, but as a long-term investment in your property. All the service technicians I’ve worked with have been excellent. They’re always professional and always notify me when they’re on their way for my service appointment. They all have been experienced, knowledgeable, well trained and able to effectively resolve any situation that may have arisen.

I can’t say enough good things about rain one! They have been to our house numerous times to help us with irrigation issues, our sprinkler system, and yesterday they came out to help us with a pipe that had burst. Brian B was so friendly, efficient, and clearly communicated the issue and what we needed to do to fix it. He had everything completed within 30 minutes! The prices are fair and the work is always done super quickly. Every employee that’s ever been to our house has been very, very friendly- I would recommend rain one to anyone!
