After work on Sunday, my car and I got completely stuck in deep snow at the Whole Foods Easton parking lot.

Bob from Rain1 happened to be nearby and literally saved me. He expertly cleared the snow around my car, got me out of the snowbank, and helped me escape what felt like real snowbound panic.

He also cleared the road ahead and safely escorted me to Morse Rd, reminding me to be careful.

Huge thank you to Rain1 for having such kind, professional, and truly human employees. This kind of help means more than words can say.

Rain One with Bobby and his crew did an outstanding job installing our irrigation system. It was a pleasure working with a company who believes in treating their customers with the utmost care.

Carlos did today the winterization of our irrigation system. He did a very thorough job, identified the causes of the leaking seen in the previous month. The damage will be fixed in the spring; I would appreciate to have again Carlos assigned to do it.

The entire experience was great. The sales representative, Jeff, was awesome to work with. He was very supportive and accommodating to what I wanted in my irrigation system, making changes, etc.

Bobby and his crew were also excellent. They were very hard-working and took great care to position the water spray and sprinkler heads to maximize both water conservation and plant and lawn maintenance. The crew also replaced the sod over holes dug for the electronic valves and left my yard very neat.

Bobby was great at explaining procedures, having his crew work as a very efficient team, and he would instantly give me his full attention for questions. It was a pleasure having him install my irrigation system.

Henry just winterized my irrigation system. He was very professional and personable. He not only explained the Rain One shut-off valves, but went out of his way to look outside for me, so that he could show me the basement shut-off switch for the my outside faucets. He is an asset to Rain One.

Jesse arrived slightly early: Fantastic! Was never in a hurry. Took the time to show me all about my system,as he was shutting it down for the winter. He went way over and above to even make some directional adjustment to some heads, for better coverage next year. Wow. First time using Rain One. Hope all of their techs are as wonderful as Jesse. Will have them back in the spring to open, and make some Jesse recommended changes and repairs to the system. Thanks Jesse, you were great.

Marco from Rain One just completed the winterization of our sprinkler system. Earlier in the year, Marco had repaired and replaced parts of our system that had to be removed to allow construction of a new patio. Marco has impressed us with his knowledge, diligence and attention to detail in completing these projects. This is consistent with our previous experiences on work Rain One has done for us. We are quite pleased with the efficiency and expertise of their technicians and the responsiveness of their office personnel.

Today I had my sprinkler system turned off and the lines drained by Matthew Floerke. Matt was on time, courteous, and professional in handling this work. In addition, he suggested some other services offered by Rain One and gave me some advice on work I have scheduled in a few days that might affect my current system. He answered all of my questions and left me with a feeling of confidence when working with this supplier. I give Matt and Rain One 5 stars!!

The gentleman that came out were very thorough. I totally appreciate that we needed some special work done flagging our downspout drains and our irrigation before some yards work being done where they're going to trench through our backyard with high-speed internet. Thank you for being so thorough we much appreciate it. And we're winterized until spring. They said we needed some work done on the backflow to make it better to finish winterizing so we've got a plumber already called so they can come do that. Everybody both men were super thorough thank you thank you.

Jesse did a terrific job winterizing our irrigation system. He was running a few minutes early, and patiently waited for me to get there, and then made sure that several of my zones that often hold water were completely blown out. All this on a cold and rainy fall day in Ohio.

The crew from Rain One worked tirelessly from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm, the majority of time in the rain, to get our new irrigation system up and running. Bobby, our site manager, was friendly from the start ang gave me a good tutorial on the system at the end. Cant wait to give it a whirl! And I should add, despite all of the mud due to the rain, the crew did a great job cleaning up.

Rain One Inc has not only installed and maintains my irrigation system . They also installed and maintains my outside lighting system. . They also saved me from legal issues against building inspectors . Rain One redid the gas lines that were visible above the ground . I dare you to find anyone else this good !

Carlos and Jesus did an excellent job shutting down our irrigation system for the winter. It took us less than three hours to blowout 28 zones with more than 550 sprinkler heads. Not only was the shut down work done quickly but several leaks were identified to be fixed at next season’s start up. Carlos and Jesus are excellent at finding leaks and sprinklers that can be tweaked for better coverage. Carlos and Jesus have a big picture perspective and their strategic thinking is important to how our HOA manages its irrigation system. Jesus and Carlos make a good team with a “can do” attitude doing the work together efficiently and effectively. As part of the shutdown we have a plan of several issues we will address at start up next irrigation season. It is always great to work with this Rain One team.
